Manchester United Win Eight of Their Last 10 Premier League Games Against Sheffield United
Manchester United had to come from behind twice to beat bottom side Sheffield United 4-2 in the Premier League on Wednesday night.
The Blades took the lead through Billy Sharp after just three minutes, but Manchester United levelled through Marcus Rashford in the 26th minute.
Sheffield United regained the lead through David McGoldrick in the 58th minute, but Manchester United equalised again through Bruno Fernandes in the 77th minute.
Fernandes then gave Manchester United the lead for the first time in the 90th minute with a superb goal from outside the box.
Anthony Martial wrapped up the victory for Manchester United in the 93rd minute.
The win moves Manchester United up to fifth in the Premier League table, level on points with fourth-placed Chelsea.
Manchester United have now won eight of their last 10 Premier League games against Sheffield United, drawing one and losing one.
The only defeat in that run was the last time they faced the Blades at Old Trafford, a 2-1 loss in December 2020.
